Khloé Kardashian’s nutritionist has revealed how she’s changed her diet because being pregnant. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians celebrity is expecting her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson this spring

    is fitter than ever throughout her pregnancy, based on her nutritionist. The celebrity, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, has promised the healthful diet and exercise routine that helped her to lose 40lbs in 2015.

    Dr Goglia, celebrity trainer and G-Plans founder told People: “She is doing great. She’s added a smidge of milk, and she makes sure to have great, consistent eating patterns and proper exercise protocols.” Khloé previously confessed that she had lost 11lbs after removing milk and cheese from her diet, however, has evidently decided she may gain from eating it.

    Back in January, Khloé confessed that she’s been having severe cravings throughout her pregnancy. Writing on her site, that the mum-to-be clarified: “Of course I’ve cravings and I give in to them. But, as always, I really do all in moderation. In general, I am not somebody who would like to eat an entire box of cookies. I simply don’t eat like that. But if I am craving something, I’m sure I give myself.”

    Even the 33-year-old has also promised a regular exercise routine, but has faced criticism by some men and women who suggested she simply take it easy during her pregnancy. “Whatever you do until you’re pregnant, you’re allowed to continue, and they state it leads for a much better delivery,” she said. “I feel fantastic, and I would feel horrible when I was just hanging around, overeating all day… I don’t have swollen feet, I don’t have lots of these things because I am staying so active at the moment. So, as long as I can, I want to keep that up.”

    However, Khloé disclosed that she would like to return to her back figure figure. “Body, ” I miss you,” she wrote along with a throwback image from her shoot with clothes brand Great American. Fans rushed to offer words of encouragement, with one saying: “Embrace your maternity body, frankly I bet you don’t feel it today but you’ll miss it if it is gone! I miss mine” The following added: “Just think of the remarkable little baby you’re growing, that’s far better than having the sexy body.”
